Small Groups
"And let us consider how to provoke one another to love and good deeds, not neglecting to meet together... but encouraging one another and all the more as you see the day approaching." (Hebrews 10:24-25)
Small groups are a key part of the life of our church. These groups meet in people's homes or the parish centre, usually during the week, to study the Bible and enjoy fellowship with one another.
We have young adults groups, a young professionals group, a men's group, two daytime women's groups, breakfasts groups, and other evening groups for adults. They allow you to meet and make friends with like-minded people, enjoy support and encouragement, develop a greater sense of community and belonging, greater understanding of the Bible, and the opportunity to talk about those 'Biblical' things that puzzle or excite you.
Small Group Studies in the Book of Ruth
In August-08 we're concentrating on hearing God's word to us today, as we receive both sermons and bible studies from the OT Book of Ruth. Please join us as we glean in this terrific Bible Book together. [Contact Mark Hood for more information].
The sermon files, including an enactment of the story of Ruth can be found on our sermons page.
