St Mark's Wine Tasting and Private Cellar Wine Auction
Date: Saturday 29 October
Time: 6.30 - 8.30 pm
Cost: $20 per head

Would you like to taste some excellent wines, learn something more about wine, and about matching food & wine? And have the opportunity to buy some of the best wines from local private cellars? Then you should attend this wine event at St Mark’s Camberwell (cnr Burke & Canterbury Roads).
This will also be a fun evening, and everyone over age 18 is welcome!
The event is in support of the new Marketplace Institute at Ridley Melbourne (the Anglican ministry training college in Parkville).
If you would like to donate a bottle of wine (or more!) to be auctioned, or make a donation, that would be much appreciated.
The format of the evening will include:
* The Wine Tasting (plus cheese & biscuits), including comments from one or two guest winemakers
* Live & Silent Wine Auctions
* Master talk on Food & Wine matching
* Prize for the most knowledgeable Table
* A fun segment of Last Man & Last Woman Standing
(by the way there is no drinking involved with this one!)
